2 Ingredient Chocolate Frosting

This recipe is so simple your kids can make it by themselves! In honor of fun kid recipes all week long, here’s a lovely dessert recipe.

I make this simple chocolate frosting and layer it over a snack cake. I typically use this recipe except instead of making cupcakes, I bake into a 9x13 pan. If your kids are older, you can even let them make the cake batter too!

To make the frosting allergy friendly, I use these chocolate chips and sun butter, but feel free to use whatever nut butter you have on hand. You can try different chocolate chip and nut butter combos and see what your kids like best!

This is the perfect after-school snack to give you energy during homework time. Make sure to save some to share with your friends :)
