Meet Your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist:
Adrianna Calabro
Hi! My name is Adrianna. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (National Certification to Practice nutrition), CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of New York), and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Wisconsin. For many years, I worked in the service industry, helping people meet their daily needs. Finding so much satisfaction in helping others, I realized my ability to use that fulfillment could be even more “fruitful” (pun intended) to dedicate my time and life to becoming a dietitian. With a love for cooking and food, nutrition felt like something that made sense for me to dive into!
While working in the clinical field for over two and a half years, counseling patients to help meet their nutrition goals is something that I truly value. Whether it’s discussing ways to meal plan, reviewing a recipe, or learning about food labels and nutrient content, I love being there as support in whatever goals you, as my client, might have. I see myself as a personal cheerleader to help educate and guide you along the continuum of nutrition, improving your health through dietary changes. Together, we can develop sustainable and realistic nutrition plans and habits tailored to your unique lifestyle and preferences.
My background is in weight management, diabetes, heart disease, renal/kidney disease, tube feeding, and overall nutrition education. I have a master’s in science from the University at Buffalo and I am a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan! I am excited to meet you and work together on your nutrition journey!
My motto that I live by
Health is Wealth
Currently Accepting United Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare Oxford, and Cigna plans.

I am on medication for high blood pressure and roughly 20 pounds overweight. Adrianna's knowledge & experience has been invaluable, in regards to portion control, eating healthfully & lifestyle changes, which have helped me lose a few pounds over the last few weeks. I now have more energy & pay more attention to what I eat and have been working on fitting exercise into my schedule. Adrianna is fantastic. Her support & caring demeanor makes a huge difference in my motivation level. I always look forward to our appointments. Thank you, Adrianna

The Provider was very thorough in asking myself questions about my past and current diet of food. Recommendations were made to avoid certain food groups that were not healthy with the certain issues I have. She gave me recommendations of food groups that I should pursue, that were consistent with healthy smart food intake. She said to start small, and only do things that were attainable. The Provider emphasized not to over whelm yourself, and that change can come slowly, but that change will last longer
