I Wrote An eBook!
Do you ever get an idea that feels so beyond your capabilities? This is what happened to me back in January!
I like to start off the new year by journaling and goal setting. I knew I wanted My Fruitful Body Nutrition to grow and reach more people. I also knew I had an idea in my heart, but felt so overwhelmed to do it! But I decided to write the goal down, and work towards making it come to pass in 2022.
Fast forward to the present day, and I have now written my first eBook! The topic is on pregnancy nutrition and it’s a compilation of months of research I did prior to getting pregnant.
It was the summer of 2018 when I decided to start getting serious about pregnancy nutrition. My husband and I desired to start a family, and as a nutrition grad student at the time, I wanted to do everything perfect (HA!). As a mom now, I know there is no such thing as perfect - more like getting through the day with minimal tantrums, spilled milk, or anything broken is a win.
Pregnancy nutrition and understanding what to eat to nourish a growing baby can feel so overwhelming and confusing. Add being a busy working mama or soon-to-be-mama and it can feel even more stressful. There’s barely enough time in the day right now, add being pregnant and trying to wade through all the unsolicited advice, outdated hand-outs from your OBGYN, and Google anxiety.
This is why I wrote this eBook. It’s for all the busy parents like me who want to nourish their bodies well during pregnancy, but do not have the time to do all the research for themselves.
